用户协议（最终用户许可协议）

本用户协议（以下简称「本协议」）是你与青墨（QingMo，以下简称「本应用」）开发者之间就使用本应用达成的协议。下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意本协议。
一、许可授予
在你遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予你一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，按照 Apple Media Services 条款下的标准最终用户许可协议（Apple Standard EULA）在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本应用。本协议未明确授予的权利均予保留。
二、可接受的使用
- 你应在适用法律允许的范围内使用本应用；
- 你不得对本应用进行反向工程、反编译、拆解，或试图获取其源代码（法律明确允许的除外）；
- 你不得将本应用用于任何违法、侵权或滥用目的。
三、你的内容
你使用本应用创建、编辑的全部文档内容归你所有。本应用为本地优先工具，不会收集或上传你的内容（详见隐私政策）。你对自己内容的合法性与备份负责；建议你定期备份重要文档。
四、内购与付费（青墨 Pro）
- 本应用免费下载，并提供可选的一次性买断内购「青墨 Pro」，用于解锁高级功能；
- 购买、计费与发票由 Apple App Store 处理，价格以 App Store 当地展示为准；
- 你可在任意已登录同一 Apple ID 的设备上通过「恢复购买」恢复已购买的 Pro；
- 退款受 Apple 的退款政策约束，由 Apple 处理；
- 免费功能不设使用期限，Pro 仅为可选增值，不影响免费核心功能的持续使用。
五、免责声明
本应用按「现状」与「现有」基础提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性与不侵权的担保。我们不保证本应用无错误或不中断运行。
六、责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损失（包括数据丢失），我们不承担责任。请务必对重要文档自行备份。
七、协议变更
我们可能不时更新本协议，更新后将在本页面发布并更新日期。你继续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的协议。

Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the developer of QingMo (the "App") regarding your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the standard End User License Agreement under the Apple Media Services Terms (Apple Standard EULA). All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. Acceptable use
- You shall use the App only as permitted by applicable law;
- You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except as expressly permitted by law;
- You shall not use the App for any unlawful, infringing, or abusive purpose.
3. Your content
All documents you create or edit with the App belong to you. The App is a local-first tool and does not collect or upload your content (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the legality and backup of your own content; we recommend backing up important documents regularly.
4. In-app purchase (QingMo Pro)
- The App is free to download and offers an optional one-time purchase, "QingMo Pro", to unlock premium features;
- Purchase, billing, and invoicing are handled by the Apple App Store; prices are as shown locally on the App Store;
- You may restore a previous purchase via "Restore Purchase" on any device signed in to the same Apple ID;
- Refunds are governed by and handled through Apple's refund policy;
- Free features have no time limit; Pro is an optional upgrade and does not affect continued use of the free core features.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App is error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including data loss) arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Please back up important documents yourself.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
